Frequently Asked Questions
Who is an inkjet right for?
Why do cartridges dry out?
Where do I find the cartridge reference?
How do I print from my phone?
Is an inkjet printer enough for homework?
For a few pages a week, yes. A cartridge inkjet is the cheapest printer to buy, and it prints in colour.

The real cost
Ink cartridges hold little ink: per page, they cost more than a tank or a toner. One black and one tri-colour cartridge are all it takes, and only the empty one needs replacing.
When to move on
If the family prints a lot in colour, an ink tank printer soon works out cheaper. For large volumes of text, look at laser printers.
